Jewel City Fiber Guild: Where Creativity Meets Community

Join us in celebrating the vibrant world of fiber arts, where passion and craftsmanship unite to inspire and connect artists across the Tri-State region.

Our Story and Mission

The Jewel City Fiber Guild is dedicated to fostering a thriving community of fiber artists and makers in the Tri-State area. Our mission is to connect, educate, and inspire individuals who share a passion for fiber arts, including knitting, weaving, spinning, and more. We envision a world where fiber artists collaborate and innovate, enriching the cultural fabric of our community. Through workshops, events, and member activities, we aim to support and nurture the artistic growth of each member, promoting the exchange of ideas and techniques.

Founded on the principles of creativity, collaboration, and community, the Jewel City Fiber Guild strives to be a beacon for fiber enthusiasts. We are committed to providing a welcoming environment where artists of all skill levels can learn, share, and grow together. Our vision is to cultivate a dynamic space where the fiber arts flourish, fostering connections that transcend geographical boundaries and unite artists in a shared love of craft.

The Jewel City Fiber Guild is a program of Unlimited Future, Inc. in collaboration with the Fiber Program at Marshall University Visual Arts Center, and Blue Thistle Fibers. If you’d like to collaborate or get involved, please contact Sara Loftus –  sloftus@unlimitedfuture.org
